Hi. I’m Natty
I am a Certified Spiritual & Life Coach, WomenSkills Facilitator, a widowed Pastor’s Wife, and a Pastoral Counselor at North Coast Calvary Chapel. I have had the privilege of working alongside women for over 30 years. I know how hard and painful life can be.
The reality is we live in a broken, fallen, world. BUT/AND we can “take heart” because Jesus has already overcome the world.
Through my own painful journey, God has helped me ‘take heart’ many times and learn to trust Him even more deeply. I have learned that there are important spiritual practices that we need to include in our daily lives in order to be able to do this. In my Coaching, Counseling and group work, I incorporate and teach these practices.
It is my deep honor to sit with and walk alongside women who are hurting or seeking, feeling stuck or in a place of grief or pain, and who are ready and willing to do the work. I create a sacred space where I listen with compassion and re-orient them back to Jesus. I offer them tools and practices so they can move forward in their lives with more peace, hope, healing, and intention so they can ‘take heart’ and trust Jesus more deeply.

Natty coaches women individually and in groups. She facilitates Workshops in WomenSkills, Enneagram, Listening Skills as well as Book Clubs. All these interactions are done with deep care, grace, and compassion. Her Special areas of focus are personal and spiritual growth, life transitions, grief/loss, and discovering the lies we believe about ourselves, others and God.
Natty is a mother of two wonderful young men. She ‘comes from the land down under’, Australia, and is currently living in Carlsbad, CA.
