Self-Care Check-In

This is a good self-care practice that you can do to ‘check-in’ with yourself at least once a day. It can be done anywhere and at anytime. It is an especially helpful tool to use to check in on yourself during seasons when you may not have your people around you who you normally can check-in with. It is a good way of practicing Self-care by pausing for a few minutes, taking a few deep breaths, and asking yourself “How am I doing” in these 5 important areas of your life. Physically, Emotionally, Mentally, Relationally, and Spiritually.
